Methodology & Structure of the Program

NCTL is a 10–12 module developmental program conducted over eight to ten weeks, allowing participants to learn, reflect, and gradually apply their learning alongside their academic responsibilities. The activity is carried out primarily as short face-to-face workshops, delivered through lectures and activities.

The modular design ensures sustained engagement rather than one-time training, enabling continuous growth throughout the faculty’s early professional journey at NUST.
